We are looking for a full time kitchen team member to join our Coquitlam team! This position will work a regular shift of Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:00. Main responsibilities include preparing dough, food preparation, and of course making pizzas throughout the day and during the lunch rush.
This is a leadership role in our team. We look to this position to oversee the kitchen through the day, proactively identify problems or shortages, and open the store.
Our dough is made with a labour of love, and requires several rounds of being lifted through our specialty dough machine, so there is physical activity required in this role.
- Any previous kitchen experience is preferred
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs regularly through the day
- A high energy attitude and readiness to take on a variety of tasks that come up in a day
- Fantastic customer service skills and interpersonal abilities in dealing with customers and co-workers
Compensation will vary reflecting experience of the right candidate, but will be a minimum of $15 per hour, plus tips on top of that, adding a minimum of $3-$5 per hour.
